Moreno Costanzo : He is on fire!
22 years old Swiss forward Moreno Costanzo is definetly on fire. Swiss scored 9 goals in his last 10 matches. Costanz is playing for our team since start and made 277 appearances so far. Especailly after Cristian Vieri's leaving the young Swiss filled club's goalscoring spot.
Also Moreno is leading the top goalscorers list of EFA Qualifying League 06 with 4 goals in 3 games. Markus Rosenberg (4 goals at 6 games) and Nicolas Frutos (4 goals at 8 games) are sharing leadership with Moreno.

1.5.5 to be released tomorrow (08/04/10)
The next update in the 1.5 series is due to be released tomorrow. It contains a few fixes, optimisations and even a sprinking of new features.
It'll be rolled out a little before lunchtime.
Optimisations and performance tuning
- Caching of the players visible through a user's scouting skills to speed up player searches.
Football Associations and competitions
- Added a 'Status' column to the competition lists, indicating whether the competition has 'Not Started', is 'In Progress' or has 'Finished'. As with the other columns, this can be sorted or filtered. This one is for SuDoku Man.
- Fixed bug where it gave an error trying to change prize money manually for an FA competition, due to incorrect installments, which can't be edited anyway
- 4954 - Drop down boxes overlap each other when editing a competiton Step By Step.
- 4969 - Sorting by 'Last Seasons' position in the competition members section will sort in an illogical format (fixed for new competitions or new runs of existings competitions only, not for competitions that had already finished at the time this fix is applied).
Finances
- Fixed an issue where it wasn't always keeping track of accumulated prize money

- Toned down heading accuracy and power when under severe pressure
- Toned down pass/shot accuracy when over significant distance and at pace
- Keepers a little more likely to come for balls into 6 yard box
Manager
- Slight tweak to code for scoring a player in the M L/R positions in the automatic team selector; use a bit less of his AM L/R ability, to avoid a situation where someone who is not bad at AM L/R but cannot play M L/R gets picked at M L/R when there are other candidates who might not be as good players but are more natural in the M L/R role.
News & mail
- Eliminated financial 'in trouble' (and similar) news items, when a team is not in trouble because they're projection is fine after 28 days.
- added an 'Ignore' option to discussion mail messages which deletes all messages in the thread and prevents any future ones from the same thread. In addition, prevented editing the subject or recipients of discussion mails - they are now locked to the original news items' recipients and subject.
Players - AF, Transfers, wages, contracts, morale and auctions
Made some key changes to player wage demands, affecting high reputation players at high reputation clubs:
1) loyalty is now factored into the equation, taking full effect after a player has been at a club for 5 seasons and leading to a reduction in how inflated a player's demands can become.
2) a small club buying a player on high wages from a bigger club can now sees the player accept a lower wage to play for the smaller club. To balance things, the reverse is also true.
Note - for the recently launched live Gameworlds, this change will have no effect on current demands as no clubs have a high reputation yet.
Skills
- Enhanced the dialog which gives you the option of changing skill specialisation so it will now display how many points you stand to lose by respecialising. This should make the system a little clearer and easier to use
- Fixed a bug in which it was possible to unspecialise in a skill category even if that would leave you with invalid skills, for example more academies than you have the skills to support
User Interface
- Added a 'Change...' button next to the list of private bids you have made allowing easier access to changing/accepting negotiations.
- After requesting a challenge, bring up the challenge to match popup for the first match in the challenge, assuming the user is not already in a match or anything. This is a more intuitive way to proceed following setting up a challenge, particularly for the early challenges involving just one match. Thanks to Buzz for this one!
- Adjusted description of 'live' style FAs in FA selector, to be less ambiguous about the use of match plans, which are allowed in all FAs.
- Added a 'Friends Updates' option to the homepage for the main top-left panel, so this feature isn't so hidden.
- In 'Wage Auctions' tab on player search page, also include players on full contracts that are expiring within the next 24 hours, but where no auction has yet been triggered by a bid.
- 4707 - Youth free agent history does not show trial history.
- 4950 - Out of contract player remains at club in a transfer auction .

Avangardnaya FC are a newly formed side based in Izmir, Turkey. They are managed by Turkish manager Gokhan Sural and presently compete in the EFA Qualifying League 06, part of the Extra-Time Football Association.
Avangardnaya FC don't have a lengthy history to look back over and are yet to lift a major football association trophy, however many fans believe that once they are fully established in the Gameworld this will change.
